Lower West Manhattan
New York
One of NYC's "trendiest" restaurants and more difficult to get reservations, we strolled in here on a weekday at 4PM and were seated at the full service bar without an issue and were so glad that we did. Everything from the service, to the fellow diners to the delectable dishes were wonderful and made the entire experience live up to (and exceed) the hype. Via Carota is a fairly small, but buzzing brick-wall establishment in the West Village known for their highly coveted Italian dishes. We seriously enjoyed our Pear e Gorgonzola bruschetta appetizer and would rank it among some of the best we've ever had, as well as their truffle pasta special of the night. Sincerely looking forward to a future visit back here and trying more of their menu.
