One of the most famous memorials in the world, Mount Rushmore absolutely lived up to the hype during our visit. We were blown away by the pristine grounds and natural beauty of South Dakota and the history + intrigue of the president's heads in the mountainside is something we'll never forget. This monument is easily combined with a trip to Wind Cave National Park + the Crazy Horse Memorials and a must see stop on any cross country road trip.
